CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 7, 2020) – Louise Sparveri of Charlotte has been announced as the first recipient of the Carolina Handling Pinnacle Award to recognize the company’s culture of serving and caring.
A process analyst, Sparveri joined Carolina Handling in 1995 and recently led the design and planning of the company’s new Charlotte, N.C., office. Her 24-plus years with the company helped provide deep insights into the needs of both her fellow associates and the company’s customers, which produced exceptional results.
“The Carolina Handling Pinnacle Award is the highest honor within the company and embodies our culture of serving and caring for our 600 associates, our communities, and our customers,” said Brent Hillabrand, President, CEO.
“Louise even researched and developed a timeline wall showing the entire history of the company. Her commitment to the community, to our associates and customers is truly inspiring. In the past year, she has also organized a tree-lighting ceremony for Giving Tree at the Charlotte office which provided Christmas presents to more than 200 local families. It is an honor to present her with this inaugural award.”
“The people here are the best people in the world. I love the people, the message, and the challenge. I love working here,” said Sparveri.
